Welcome to the forum. There are some rules that you have to follow.

1. Don't be rude to the Vpop Members
2. No Spamming
3. Don't upload rude pictures, must be appropriate
4. No uploading viruses etc.
5. Keep everything in the right forum
6. Any help? ask one of the admins
7. Enjoy!

So far there is that much rules, but if more things happen then more rules will be applied.
